nolva, proviron, clomid - when and how much

Hey Guys,
I'm getting ready to do a 12 week cycle with deca and sust. with the last dose of sust. on the 10th week. I will be using nolvadex and proviron for water retention and gyno. Is 10mg/day of nolvadex, 25mg/day proviron enough or should I use 20/50 ED. Also, when should I start my clomid since I will be using deca two weeks longer than the sust?

I've searched plenty and I understand not to ask questions without studying, but I've seen mixed answers about this topic. I'm just asking for a couple of opinions.

Why are you using deca 2 weeks longer than sust, run them both 12 weeks and start your clomid 3 weeks after your last test/deca shot. What kind of doses are you running?

from my understanding you would start clomid 3 weeks after your last deca shot.

500mg deca, 750mg sust.
