    hey bros, if a person develops scar(glutes) tissue does it heal itself once pinning id discontinued for a few months

    scar tissue can take considerably longer to heal than a few months. Massage therapy is a great way to break up scar tissue.

    thanks guys, if it's hard to push the needle in is it safe to assume it's scar tissue

    If you are not clinching your glutes, unless you have some kind of palpable disfiguration or other syptoms indicating a boil, tumor, giant cyst etc. then its probably just scar tissue.

    Mine hasn't gone away at all and it's in both glutes. I inject in several different spots now but i still have to use the glutes on occasion. You'll know that you're in a real bad spot if it's nearly impossible to inject. I've had indentions on my hands or thumb from the plunger when i accidently hit a particular spot.
