I'm thinking of doing my first cycle, and would like to hear from some feedback.
My Stats.
Age. 35.
Height. 5ft 9inch
Weight. 15.7stone
Training 14 months atm, I have trained before when I was in my teens and late 20's
Cycle.
Testosterone Enanthate 300-400mg
Nolvadex to use if I get signs of Gyno at 20mg, then 10mg when it clears up.
Clomid to use on the 12th week at 40, 40, 20, 20.
Diet.
4000Kcal
350g Protein
300g carbs
150g Fat
My diet atm is,
3000Kcal
250g Protein
200g carbs
100g Fat, Only just started with this, I use Vegetable oil in my servings. Maybe I should use Flaxseed?.
I'm not working atm, so my day is not very calorie burning, I tried to up my Calories by using Peanut Butter in my shakes a few months back and gained 7lbs "FAT" in just a few weeks, maybe I over did it
Training
I do H.I.T, 2 on 1 off, 3 increasing warm up sets, then 1 max set, 3 exercises per large muscle group, and 2 for smaller. increasing the weights weekly for 6 weeks, then 2 weeks deloading.
Chest, Biceps
Back
Shoulders,Triceps

I'm guessing that you guys are going to say that I need a few years in before I cycle and that I need to shed a few pounds, but thats what I'm here for, To pick ya brains
