    First Cycle Advice

    Hey all,



    I'm thinking of doing my first cycle, and would like to hear from some feedback.

    My Stats.

    Age. 35.
    Height. 5ft 9inch
    Weight. 15.7stone
    Training 14 months atm, I have trained before when I was in my teens and late 20's

    Cycle.

    Testosterone Enanthate 300-400mg
    Nolvadex to use if I get signs of Gyno at 20mg, then 10mg when it clears up.
    Clomid to use on the 12th week at 40, 40, 20, 20.

    Diet.

    4000Kcal
    350g Protein
    300g carbs
    150g Fat

    My diet atm is,

    3000Kcal
    250g Protein
    200g carbs
    100g Fat, Only just started with this, I use Vegetable oil in my servings. Maybe I should use Flaxseed?.

    I'm not working atm, so my day is not very calorie burning, I tried to up my Calories by using Peanut Butter in my shakes a few months back and gained 7lbs "FAT" in just a few weeks, maybe I over did it

    Training

    I do H.I.T, 2 on 1 off, 3 increasing warm up sets, then 1 max set, 3 exercises per large muscle group, and 2 for smaller. increasing the weights weekly for 6 weeks, then 2 weeks deloading.

    Chest, Biceps
    Back
    Shoulders,Triceps
    Legs

    I'm guessing that you guys are going to say that I need a few years in before I cycle and that I need to shed a few pounds, but thats what I'm here for, To pick ya brains

    Remember Daz, it takes years and years of hard work to get where you want in this game, however your making fantastic progress mate keep it up and maybe start a log..

    Good to feel more people from Manchester here too.....

    first off, huge improvements man you can tell you have been hitting it hard.

    I would say it would benefit you more to hold off on the cycle for as long as you can and really dial in on that diet. I promise you the skills you will learn by learning how to diet properly will make your cycle and your future in lifting ten times more rewarding. You know you can achieve results with hard work your progress shows that.

    When you do start 500mg every week of test c or e for 12 weeks is the standard cycle followed by the standard pct. here are a few links you will find helpful. welcome to the board!

    Hey SlimmerME and bjpennnn,

    Thanks for your replies, It's great to hear someone else telling you that you have made gains, because i don't notice it as I see myself every day. I was kind'a thinking about the holding off for a while, I want to use the Cycle as a last resort, I guess it's like anything, a good foundation is required ie Training Routine and Diet before I can maximise on a Cycle.

    When I first started training 14 months ago, I was doing 3 set to failure on all bodyparts, needless to say after a few months I was knackerd, I was becoming lethargic throughout the day and needing naps. I think i've come a long way in training knowledge, and I think theres a crap load I have yet to learn in both diet and training.

    I'll have a good read of those Links tonight

    Hi all,

    I'm wanting to know if my Goodies are real. The date on the bottle is made 2010, Exp 2013, it has a white top with a clear stopper. On the back covering half of the label is a hologram with a raised Pro.Chem and Lion head. Both Tri-Sus 250 and the Test 300 have the same hologram and dates.

    I read about a little and from what I can tell, they are real, but would like to get some opinions.

    I'm was told to use Tri-Sus at 500mg for 5 weeks, then the the Test 300 at 600mg for 5 weeks, I thought that was a bit high for my first cycle, but the guy that explained this is 20 stones and must know more than I do.

    I was unable to get Tamoxifen and I'm hesitant to start until i get them.
