Thread: Night work

I worked the overnight shift for a year. I would come home from work and go right to sleep and get 6-7 hours of sleep, wake up in the early afternoon, workout, and then take a nap right before work.

Night work
I usually get up around 9am and train about 6pm at night and go to bed about 10pm. Eat every 2 hours, As its not a problem with being out of work.
But im just about to start some night work which is 11pm til 6am and not sure how to plan out my day, just curious what you guys would do?
I was thinking of going straight from the job to the gym, getting home for around 8am then sleeping until 4pm?
I know its not the right place, but this is the only place i post really and im active in.

I work a similar schedule (10-7). I go to the gym right after work. I end up going to bed at around ten. I orkout until 8:45-9:00 and give myself around an hour to cool down. This just seems to work best for me. I tried going to the gym in the afternoon, but it's crowded and I really like being there in the am.

Yeah, i dont really like the idea of going to the gym then going to work, if you have a hard workout then you will be tired through out work.
