A quick question in regards to Arimidex dose

I am in week 5 of my Test-400 cycle. I'm pinning 200 mgs 3 times a week for a total of 600 mgs a week. I just started experiencing some estro sides and I have some arimidex ( anastrozole tablets) on hand that are 1 mg tablets .

Should I just take a 1/2 of a tablet today (1/2 mg) before I pin my test and how many times a week should I take them ?

Thanks. I had the protocol written down from my research months ago but cant seem to find it now.

Take 1/2 ed till sides go away then you can taper down to eod.
