Was thinking 400mg prop a week and a ml of winni so would be 2 jabs eod.
My diet for the last month I think has been been good. Chiken sirloin tune shake ev day and average hass been 2220 cal 205 protect 150 carbs 60fat.
Cardio minimum 2 40 min seen plus here and ther after weights and 5 days a week hard gym time. Would I need to up the carbs on winni?
