When your bloodwork looks good again.
There is no set number, since it depends on your body's ability to recover and normalize, and also what compounds and doses you're using.
But as a rule of thumb, I would say 2 months if you're on blast and cruise TRT (OR better yet, time on blast=time on cruise). If you haven't committed to TRT for life, then cruising is a bad idea.
