How can I stop nosebleeds?

So five minutes ago I took a shower and when I got out my left nostril was bleeding. This happened two days ago also in same nostril when I was doing pushups. I am gona be on a film set tomorrow and cant obviously have it happen at a bad time. Is there something I can do stop it. Im three weeks into a dbol and test cycle. The last thing I need is during a take that I get a nosebleed over my outfit. Should i put water in my nose throught the day to keep from getting dry?

Ah thanks but more this is what can I do tonight or tomorrow during the day.

If you took aspirin for a headache or any other blood thinner ( do a web search on any meds and supps you are taking) stop them immediatly, aspirin has a very short half life and will clear quickly. With the high blood pressure from the gear anything that causes thin blood can set off nosebleeds in sensitive individuals. Also if you are running a short ester TestP, or no ester, Test Base, then don't pin till after your shoot.

Obviously if you are injesting any powders through your nose stop immediately. If you are staying in a hotel and its cold where you are maybe the air is really dry run a hot ass shower to steam up the room tonight and do the same in the morning.

Of course you could also put a cold washcloth on your nose before the shoot to close the vessels but I doubt the red cheeks and nose are the look you are going for :-)

Dbol causes spontaneous nosebleeds for me as well. It's almost certainly your high BP that is causing it. Just lay off the Dbol until you can get an AI to control the water retention (though you should already have one).
