    Biceps injection

SO 3rd injection of test e, this time into bicep. I injected into the peak of the bicep basically dead center in my arm, however ive become soar at the base of my arm wear it becomes the forearm.

Is it unheard of to become soar at another point not where you injected. its a good 4-5 inchs away from where i pined. It is also red like a rash at the base of my arm.

    PS No blood.

You'll be fine. May I ask why your shooting Test E in your bicep anyways? Test E seems easier to just spot inject your glutes or if that's a problem, your thighs.

You can shoot anything, anywhere, into any muscle (just about). It doesnt matter if its test-e, deca , prop, doesnt matter. I shoot test-e just about everywhere. I hate bicep shots tho. My opinion is the oil draining down your arm and into your joint area. At least thats what I get from time to time and thats my guess. It goes away after a few days. Its also a good idea that if your gonna shoot biceps, shoot just before going to the gym to train them. That way it helps dissapate the oil quicker.

Biceps are good injection spot IMO. Typically easy and painless.

I shot bicep after i did both my thighs, biceps seems the next easiest spot to reach, but yeah I think ill inject about 45 minutes before i work out next time. I did arms today and it was very painful

I think chest would be easy to reach but Im sure there are a ton of veins and goodies in there sense that's near my heart.(?) any comments on chest injection?

Also Ive heard some people flex a little while injecting, is it just personal preference?

You shouldn't inject into the centre of the bicep, your bicep is split down the middle. You inject into the outer bicep or the inner from the side but never in the middle,

Marcus is correct (was there a doubt? lol )

And I love chest/peck injections. Easy and most painless for me. Nothing to worry about with your heart, as your heart is under your rib cage and your muscle is outside of the rib cage. Just have to have a nice slab of meat on top before injecting there. It is not for everyone.

yep injecting to far to the side on my quad is how I bent a needle in my leg between my quad/thigh muscles.
