    Roughly how long until you start feeling the effects of 200mg of DNP / day? A couple of hours? 1 day? 2 days?

    at that dose you will not notice too much. even if you dont run it for a few days at that dose then progress from there.

    It compounds in your system so the first few days not much. Around day 5 it really kicks in. However 250mg per day is the norm. By day 7 its brutal. 10-12 days tops.

    By the end of the 1st week at least.The way we like it is 200mg every 12 hours.

    thanks guys! I was expecting to ne having waaaayyyy worse sides by now... barely sweating through the day on day 3.
