winny tabs or amps?

hey guys i am planning to add winny (stanozolol) to my cycle but i've read that winny amps are more effective then tabs ,but to me tabs are easily available and in chepeast prices.so i wanna know if i use tabs then how should my dose be?once a day ,twice a day ,thrice a day or maybe once every alternate day...?.
i've also read that 50mg every second(or everyday) day is considered an effective dose,but i am afraid that if i take 50 mgs a day or alt days it'll screw my liver.is it really true?any experianced advice on this will be appericiated.

yes deff. go with the amps, i just got done with a cycle and i included zambon depot, that in my opinon is the best winny around....i felt like my skin was about to explode i felt so hard and started to get some sick veins everywhere, like my chest, lower abdomen, traps...zambons are the shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
