Hi im new to these forums and ive just started my first cycle.
After talking to my friends who are currently on cycles and reading posts on this forum, opinions seem to differ quite dramatically. I need some help/guide as to what would be the most effective way to stack on weight and keep it in preparation for some intensive military training.
These are the details of my cycle
Weeks 1-10 - 500mgs Test E/week
Weeks 1-5 - 250mgs Deca/week
Weeks 1-4 - 200mgs Dianabol/week
Does this seem too excessive for my first cycle with Dianabol and Deca together?
For my PCT atm I’ve only gone for Nolvadex. Have 60 tabs at 10mgs each.
Im unsure when I should start taking the Nolva. My friends say last four weeks of the cycle, but others on this forum say after your cycle is finished, or when you start feeling symptoms of gyno. Also unsure if just the nolva is enough, because ive read when using deca, Clomid is a must do.
Im currently 23 yrs of age, 5”7 weighing in at around 162 pounds. Need to put on some weight and keep it on. Still doing a shit load of cardio, and basically eating a low fat diet. Im taking a mass gainer 3 times a day for an extra 1500 calories. I like to think I haven’t got much BF, which is mostly true.
Any help with the details of this cycle would be great.
