onset gyno. nolva

i got puffy nipples and they are sensitive to touch, im in week 6 of a 12 week course of test cyp 420mg/week and just finished dbol at 50mg ed. im 23 weighing in at 193 and 6'0".
i have lions nolva and clomid in my draw. i was thinking of starting nolva at 40mg ed for 1 month. taking it at night before sleep.

does this sound right?

also do i just draw out the amount of nolva i need and squirt it in my mouth?

Yes, its oral. I would suggest using letrozole right away. You have nolvadex and clomid, both SERMs, all they do is modulate the estrogen receptor in some breast tissue and elsewhere. I prefer to use an AI, which keeps your AAS from turing into estrogen. Letro is the most powerfull AI. Look it up. It can reduce current gyno. Id use the nolva that you have until you get the AI you need. You should be using an AI and a SERM ( i use 2 SERMS) for pct anyway.
