Exclamation Not ready for steroids. But I need a starting point. Plz help!

hey all i made the post below yesterday. I did a lot of research on here and a lot of thinking and I know that I am not ready for anabolics quite yet. But i cannot get any motivation going. does anyone have any suggestions about an alternative to steroids ? I could really use some help here. thank you all!

hey everyone i was on here doing a lot of research and asking questions about a year ago probably. i got comments on waiting another year before i started anything and what not. i took everyone's advice and now i am ready to start looking again! what is a good starting point? something that i can get on soon and something with little side effects. also i am in nursing school and i know they do drug tests. was wondering if any of this would matter? sorry for all the noob questions. but i have forgot a lot of knowledge that i gained last year. I will start searching the forums again! thanks for all your help.

How long have you been training?
What is your daily diet like?
Do you have any pictures of yourself?

There are plenty of OTC products that help get you motivated to go to the gym and lift. That's what "pre-workouts" are made for.

X2 with marcus and his questions.

We must know more pertinent info about you and your experience in order to give the proper advice. Sounds like you intelligent enough to follow advice and when people here notice this, they feel more inclined to help 100%.

the biggest thing newbs overlook is two fold...
    wrong diet and over training.

It's easy to think you have a clean diet until you post it here in the diet section and let us look. Quite often, it's not only what you eat, but when you eat it. I understand you say you have a strict diet, but let's check it out anyways.
