Im currently one month in a bulking cycle and doing a forum search read doing cardio isnt a good idea but was wondering about HIIT to keep the abs showing. Should I do it or wait till my cycle turns to cutting in two months?
Im currently one month in a bulking cycle and doing a forum search read doing cardio isnt a good idea but was wondering about HIIT to keep the abs showing. Should I do it or wait till my cycle turns to cutting in two months?
I, personally, think it really depends on your body type and how you gain. I myself pack on weight pretty easily (muscle or fat), so I don't worry so much about hindering gains, and really need a bit of HIT (3 times weekly tops) to make sure I don't put on too much pudge. Utilizing cardio is also a trick to add even more Cals to the diet, if you're a fella with a big appetite. But if you are a real hard gainer, you might not have the same mentality.
What does your routine and diet look like? Might be able to provide more accurate insight knowing that.
