I am 5'10'' at 230lbs. I am a little fat though. I want to cut to 200lbs. At that weight I am about 10%bf. I am getting married 3-20-10 so I will be trying to lose the 30lbs by then. After I get back from the honeymoon I will be starting an 8 wk cycle with 400mg a wk of Testosterone-Cypionate and for the first couple weeks will also be using dbol 20mg a day. one reason I wanted to wait til after my honeymoon is so I could take my time with PCT.
My current routine and diet:
right now I lift 3 days in the afternoon and do cardio 3days a week in the afternoon. Then I sprint 3 mornings on an empty stomach. I lift for an hour shoulders and arms on Mon, legs on Tues and chest/back on Fri. I do 3 exercises per muscle group 3 sets of each exercise in the 6-8 rep range. When I start my cycle I was going to lift 5 days a week on muscle group hit once a week.
I eat 6 times a day. I mix a lean protein with a complex carb. PWO is optimum Whey and dextrose. one day a week I dont workout or pay too much attention to diet, I cheat a little. Once I start my cycle I wont change my diet too much just up the portions to ensure I am gettin enough calories.
So basically just seeing if there are any tips. Not sure if I should do a cycle for cutting before I do a cycle for bulking. After cutting I just want to put on as much muscle as possible and afterwards just want to keep as much as possible.
