    Hello everyone!
    I am new to all this and have a few questions. I am 28 years old and have been serriously working out for nearly 5 years. One of my friends is going to be starting his first cycle and I have always been interested so I am planning on doing my first cycle too.
    edit, marcusI am 5'10'' at 230lbs. I am a little fat though. I want to cut to 200lbs. At that weight I am about 10%bf. I am getting married 3-20-10 so I will be trying to lose the 30lbs by then. After I get back from the honeymoon I will be starting an 8 wk cycle with 400mg a wk of Testosterone -Cypionate and for the first couple weeks will also be using dbol 20mg a day. one reason I wanted to wait til after my honeymoon is so I could take my time with PCT.

    My current routine and diet:
    right now I lift 3 days in the afternoon and do cardio 3days a week in the afternoon. Then I sprint 3 mornings on an empty stomach. I lift for an hour shoulders and arms on Mon, legs on Tues and chest/back on Fri. I do 3 exercises per muscle group 3 sets of each exercise in the 6-8 rep range. When I start my cycle I was going to lift 5 days a week on muscle group hit once a week.

    I eat 6 times a day. I mix a lean protein with a complex carb. PWO is optimum Whey and dextrose. one day a week I dont workout or pay too much attention to diet, I cheat a little. Once I start my cycle I wont change my diet too much just up the portions to ensure I am gettin enough calories.

    So basically just seeing if there are any tips. Not sure if I should do a cycle for cutting before I do a cycle for bulking. After cutting I just want to put on as much muscle as possible and afterwards just want to keep as much as possible.

    cut down your bf naturally before you cycle, you missed your wedding by 9 months, and finaly rethink duration on test cyp 10-12 weeks would be of more benifit and d-bol is a little low.
    what is your planned pct.

    My bad 3-20-11. Well can anyone give me any tips on how to know that a site is legit? It seems odd that a site can just mail you gear. And I was thinking that a natural cut would be the way to go too. How much d-bol would you recomend? and here is the PCT I was reading:

    dude you cant ask about prices, sources or lab names go back and read the rules or marcus will put you in a headlock.. i mean look at that guys arms

    nope, we dont discuss tht sorta thing here. sites are a gamble im afraid, up 2 you 2 use common sense and decide.

    definately drop the bf before you cycle the less bf the less chance of estrogen related side effects (bloat, gyno, blood pressure) to name a few. most on here would advise 15%bf and then think cycle. in the mean time read the pct stickies and visit the diet section, also read the test beginner cycle stickie

    Congrats on the wedding ceramony.

    Have kids before AAS, I suggest you read up on it!
    You can get your gains without any AAS use easily if you put your mind to it.

    why would it be bad to have kids after using AAS? I have been working out for a few years and seems like I was only able to put on muscle in the first couple of years.

    Theres a chance of going steril, I suggest you read into it.
    Its heavy stuff, probably the top 2 reasons im trying to delete AAS from my memory bank.

    If your not obtaining anymore gains, you need to readjust your diet + routine.

    I do change things up. I have tried high volume, low volume, high reps, low reps ect. I have upped my calories while keeping my diet clean and I just get fat, my strength does go up but once I diet down I am back to where I started. I will look in to the issue of becoming steril. So far what I have seen basically says that your body stops producing sperm while on AAS as long as you have a PCT everything should return to normal.
