I have been working out for about 10 years, I have been off for 6 months and now I've been training for 3 months. I want to start my 1st cycle. Anavar only, Dbol only or Dbol + Anavar.

26 years old
165 lbs (75 kgs)
5'10" (178 cm)
BF 12 %
GOALS:
1. Lose more BF.
2. Gain lean muscle mass.
PLAN:
Cycle :
6 weeks
Week 1 - 4 : Dbol 25 mg ED.
Week 3 - 6 : Anavar 50 mg ED.
Training:
Sat: Chest (Cardio 6 hours later)
Sun: Back (Cardio 6 hours later)
Mon: Cardio
Tues:Biceps - Triceps (Cardio 6 hours later)
Wends: Deltoids - Legs (Cardio 6 hours later)
Thurs: Cardio
Fri: Off
Supplements:
Pro Complex, Casien and Creatine.
Protein intake will be around 200g/d.
QUESTIONS:
How do you recommend the cycle to be?
What is the right PCT to do?
When and how should I take Dbol and var during the day?
Should I use any drug during the cycle to avoid any side effect?
How can I keep the gains? Should I keep the same diet or add more calories? What else should I do?
