Thought I had a torn rotator cuff, stopped injections. Can I restart?

Thought I injured myself badly so I stopped injections and was planning to PCT.

Couple sessions with physical therapist and some xrays later find out that I'm not in need of surgery. I feel great and relieved.

Last injection (Test-E) was a week and a half ago. I was 4 weeks into cycle.

Would it be okay to resume cycle, or just PCT?

I know Test E is a longer acting Ester, but would like some others input.

test E lasts 14 days so you are fine to just start cycle again.. go ahead and run the cycle just as if you were going to before.. do not take 2x. the shots or any of that either.. just run it normally

X-ray's don't detect a torn rotator cuff. How do you know it's not torn? Mine currently is.

True a MRI would. But my pain was mainly in my shoulder and right arm. I dont feel any pain right now.

I assume you are in a lot of pain?

tbh I dont think I have a torn rotator, but could be wrong

    I hurt myself shoulder pressing.

If I were in your situation I would consider coming off. An injury that's bad enough to warrant an x-ray and a doctor visit needs time to heal, and I feel that being "on" would likely just exacerbate the situation. The strength gains come unnaturally quick, so overdoing it becomes easy.
