2nd cycle need help....

I going to do a cycle of Winnie/test e/ deca arimidex while on the cycle and nolva towards the end for eight weeks I would like help on dosages and any other insites. I'm trying to put on about 10 - 15 lean pounds... also I have everything else needed except deca my source does not have one if someone can pm me with a reputable source that would be much appreciated.
