I have spent many weeks on here reading and taking notes. I am still confused with all of the gear and combinations/stacks.
Lets say a guy with similar stats as myself found a MD that is willing to help with some short term prescriptions. And that MD will monitor for trouble via blood tests.
Current stats:
Upper 30s in age, good health
200#, 5'10, 18-20% BF and falling
Diet now under good management
5 years lifting expirence, but only back for 5 months after a 6 year layoff.
Working out very hard 4-5 days a week
What would be the best starter for this person with now previous cycle history? Current labs coming back soon including a baseline blood testy level. current goal would be to bulk up, then cut closer to summer.
Please advise.
