    some advice needed please

    Hey everyone I wanted to give a quick run down of my situation so maybe you can help me out. I have been working out for 3.5 years, I'm 23 years old, have been on a consistent diet for those three years, and work out consistently yet cannot seem to gain weight even with the help of pro hormones, creatine, protein supplements etc. I have come to the point where I blame my lack of success on genetics. Dispite being a little too young I wanted some advice on what type of first use steroid cycle would be best given my situation.
    6ft3 177 lbs. looking to get around 210. I would really appreciate any opinions. I'll respond to questions anyone has

    7am
    5 egg beaters
    1 cup OJ
    multi/fishoil
    1.5 cup Kashi cereal

    10am- Real Mass Shake (500 cal)

    1pm- Tuna/pasta or Chicken/Rice

    3pm- Weight gainer protien bar

    5pm- Real Mass Shake

    8pm- Tuna/Pasta or Chicken Rice

    Actually, you might want to go to the "Diet Question" forum to get real personal help there where the guys will review your diet and lead you in the right direction for your goals. While you are there, look around and find a thread called the "First ever Transformational Challenge." This might be something you would like to enter. If you enter, you can get a personal trainer! All you have to do is to announce you want to enter and that you want a trainer if you so desire.

    Regardless...the diet forum is the correct forum for your diet ....so hope to see you over there. And sure would hope to see your name on the list for the challenge!

    Dude your diet is terrible no offense.if you want to be 210lbs you need to eat like your 210 lbs, can you imagine a 210 man eating that and not wasting away. 6 to 8 solid meals a day is what you need, not shakes and gainers but real food. Head over to the diet section and learn what macros are and work on putting together a solid diet. Even if you take steroids and you don't eat enough to support your gains you will lose everything you worked for.
