Where to get Vitamin E???

I need to get 1000iu of vitamin E every week for my PCT. Where do I get it?
I am guessing this means its an injection?
Please fill me in.

7-11 next to the slurpees and the butts and guts mags bro...its vitamin e it doesn't have to be complicated go to the pharmacy or walmart or whatever

you do not inject vitamin E. they come in ampules, you swallow them, and they are very very inexpensive. try costco and forget GNC (too expensive)

I plan on running a 10 week cycle vit e in the next few weeks...damn im gonna blow UP!

Well thanks for the smart comments.. No idiot here. In my PCT it calls for 1000iu a week of Vitamin E, dude just curious if i have to find it in an injectable version???

Vitamins E isnt a problem. Your not a rat.

Avacoado, yams, EVOO, salmon, nuts all contain Vit E.
