1st Test Prop for 6-8 weeks (depending on work arrangements)
This is going to be my first cycle, and i purpose to do a 8 week test prop at 100mg EOD. I havn't started this cycle yet as i wanted to gather as much info on pct and cycle before i do it.

Biceps - 17"
Chest - 44"

Was thinking about taking noladex ED throughout the cycle, but wanted to know in plain simple the implications of this?
Diet
I eat between 6-7 meals a day, i'm also allergic to protein powders so most of my protein comes from solids.
Meal 1,2,3
40 grams of protein from sources such as chicken, beef, eggs, fish
125 grams of carbohydrates from sources such as Brown rice, wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta
Meal 1,2,3
40 grams of protein from whey refresh
2 bottles of lucozade
Meal 5,6
40 grams of protein from sources such as chicken, beef, eggs, fish
75 grams of carbohydrates from sources such as Brown rice, wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta
Training
I go to the gym 6 days a week and do about 1hr 30 mins a day, while i am on the cycle i shall be doing each muscle group twice a week with cardio added in the 4-8 weeks
Thats all the info i can think of for now and just wanted to know what else i should include?
