You to to train for a few years before starting a cycle, build a base and foundation before going down the steroid route. What are your stats?

Your not ready for steroid, you need to build a base, this will take a few years, your also to young.

just look in the diet section for that information.

P.S. you are making a mistake by soing steroids at that age.. i did them at your age and ****ed up my natural test production and my libido for life.. wasn't worth it. Regardless of being too young if you jump right into steroids your joints are going to give out and you are going to either tear a muscle or pull a ligament because your body is not used to moving heavy weights.. you need to work out for atleast 18-24 months before you jump into that.. any reason you can't just take it easy this year and next, go natural and do it when you are 24??

At your age there is no correct or safer way of using steroids, therefore the only advice you will receive here is not to use aas..

However you will receive all the help you need with diet and training in the relevant forums....
Do not ask me for a source check.

I started at the educationals and that was a MASSIVE help in such a big way.
I started asking the same question until i got my head in gear and realised you can't just start on here asking "how do i get started". Really read the educationals and make your own judgement, come back and then state your questions. Look at the cycles and profiles , pros and cons and see if you really want to go ahead with it. It is a massive commitment but if done properly and you concentrate on your PCT and get that all in order you are at least half way there.

I posted my diet on the diet section on here just FYI.

I would suggest at least 4 years in training and over the age of 25 before you look into this. I waited that long!

man do not do the steroids!! Your coming on here asking what to do, what to take, what to eat. how to workout? How can you expect to to seriously become successful from this? Your body is still producing so many hormones, and if you do the cycle those hormones arent going to be there anymore. Your going to be f&^ked for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Dont you understand that?? WHat happems when a fine ass girl wants to do you and your d**k wont even get hard. Your gonna wanna kill yourself. JUst wait it out man. seriously. there are so many guys on here that can testify there hormones are fd for life. The main thing is you are too young!

even if a 25-26 year old came on here asking the questions you just did, we wouldnt suggest steroids!!!! you need to eductae yourself on everything. DIET ,TRAINING, FIRST OF ALL. YOur making the worst decision of ur life if you go through with it man.

Go to the diet section, diet is going to be the most important thing in gaining wieght rapidly without just gaining a bunch of fat. Then go to the workout section as that will be the second most important thing, learning how to lift for mass and strength. Your time there will familiarize you with the other essentials proper rest and use of supplements and vitamins ( most use way too much and many).

Really for a normal athlete these are about 90% gains you will see with steroids making up the final 10% chances are you are far from optimizing your natural tools and as everyone has already stated unless you take the time (years) to maximize you natural tools you will never achieve the gains you want with AAS. Putting aside your age and the obvious problems this will cause with your still developing endocrinological system, if you choose to use AAS without a solid foundation, what you will see is some rapid gains in a few muscle groups with minimal gains in others as well as minimal gains in your joints and connective tissues and core muscles this will set you up for injuries in any contact sport.

I recently read over a few young guys that started using steroids in their late teens or early 20's. At 23 he's having a problem keeping erect during sex. He's 23 bro. There's a good chance he won't be able to get hard for years. He's 23! The issues I see is your desire to gain 20lbs of muscles in 4 months. You might not have the genetics to do that naturally. AAS is not a short cut, there isn't any. If you do AAS you'll probably gain 20lbs in 4 months. Then again, you'll "limping" around in the bedroom for years. Be safe bro. That's all these guys are saying. There's a TON of information on nutrion, supplements, training on this board. Go have a look see.

Cheating is for douche bags. If you can't keep up then you weren't ment to be a football player.
