Running my first cycle.
only doing 360mg of Test E a week for 10 weeks and Var on the back half at 50mg a day for 8 weeks.
My question is, would it be worth it to go 12? Ive read things here to defend either of the 2.

not really worth it in my opinion you see all your gains in weeks 4-8.. and then seem to just maintain after that.. you rarely if ever gain in weeks 9-10.. and when i just didnmy last cycle i actually lost a couple pounds in weeks 11 and 12.. as the Test starts to ose it's effectiveness after 8 weeks..
multiple shorter blast cycles will always give you better results then really long cycles.. i.e. two eight week cycles wit a break in between will give you way better results than one 16 week cycle.
I read an article saying the exact same thing.
When running two 8 week cycles with a break in between do you pct in that break? can you give me an example of this cycle.
U would prolly run prop and not test E right with 8 weekers?
