Thanks for all the help guys !
I have hit a dead spot so far. having a real hard time gettin' past 255 right now, have tried hydoxycut and got nowhere, will try xenadrine. thanks for the info on andro, but no one has answered my ? on creatine. Does it really help or is it a mental thing.

Nevermind, I found your last post. lol
As for the creatine, it will hydrate the muscle but really do nothing for fat loss. You were given great advice in that thread.Last edited by BUSTINOUT; 11-25-2001 at 12:09 PM.

If your trying to lose bodyfat then I would get up and go to the gym in the morning on a empty stomach, weight train and then do cardio, this way you have depleted your glucose stores while you weight train and then when you do cardio you are actually burning/depleting fat stores...do both with very high intensity and wait at least one hour after you train to consume a protein supp....An eca stack would be helpful.
