Need some Advise
Stats-
Age: 38
Height: 5'8
Weight: 150
BF%: 14 (guess)
Cycle Exp: 0
PCT Knowledge: 0
Training Exp: 10 years +
Diet: (If needed I can post)
Lab work: have no problems, last result all good.
goals: gain 5-10 lbs
History of me:
until 2007 going to work out was part off my normal life, then on December 24 I broke an arm (skydiving), 4 hours of surgery, 10 inch plate and 15 screw, I was out off hospital for a long recovery. 2008 I spend most off my days on rehab, and not jumping or working out, by 2009 I was over 185 lbs, made back and spent all 2009 losing that fat, on the begging of this year I was back on some 150 lbs range and decide to do a cycle, my first one, got online and 3 weeks later my delivery was handy, did some research and the more I look into, more I got lost. 2010 its ending and I can't get my cycle done. Last month I found this forum and spend my free hours learning as much I can, until I decide to be a member and ask for help.
Cycle: (9 weeks), "That's how they recommended"
week 1 to 2: 250mg test/250mg deca /20 dianabol
week 3 to 6: 500mg test/250mg deca /40 dianabol
week 7 to 8: 500mg deca /20 dianabol
week 9: 250mg deca
Dianabol 5mg tablets - 200
Testoviron depo 250mg amps - 10
Deca durabolin 13 x vial 100 mg/ml (2 ml)
Nolvadex 10mg: - 60 tabs
Clomid 50mg - 20 tabs
After some research I order letro to start using 2 wks prior and during cycle, filter needles and Liv-52,now I need to put all together to do the cycle. But I still have some questions.
1- 250mg test is to Low?
2- should I use test Only for first cycle? Not use deca and dianabol at all.
3- should I do a 500mg test and 500 mg deca for a 6 weeks only?
4- test vials are 1ml/250mg, can they stay open for few days? in case of 300 or 350mg/test?
5-Can't find HCG to use on cycle, what are my others choice?
6-PCT, need to konw daily dosage for nolva and clomid,
7-Do I need to add anything on PCT?

Last time I jump at Lake Wales was on the day off the accident, after that never made back, the ownership change and things got really bad over there, most tandem and zero fun jump. Now I'm in Z-hills, really like there. Made good friends last couple years, the place got big and better every season. thanks.

yeah zhills is a kick ass dz many good times...sux to hear about lake wales turning into a tandem factory.. it happens I barely jump at skydive new orleans for that reason its 20min from the house 182 tandem factory, gold coast is an hour but we got a super otter and a bunch of bad ass flyers...accident was last year?

We have PD factory there and all kind of bad ass flyers, otter, super otter, casa, pack, new tiki bar, new packing area, great place. yeah my accident was december 2007. thanks.

yeah i know all about it zhills is good times without a doubt i've partied there a few times...hope you sort your cycle out and it goes good for you bro. there's some really knowledgeable guys on here they should get you pointed in the right direction. you wont be able to pm until your post count is up on here for your protection but if you stick around a while pm me anytime in the future bro..blues

all i recommend is working on diet if 5-10lbs is your goal, you dont need steroids
visit the diet section and post your diet and outline your goals and the guys will be more than willing to get you on track.

Your 5'8" 150lbs and your goal is to gain 5-10lbs.
That should be a very easily attainable goal without AAS.

Thanks guys, I will give myself more training and work better with diet plan, 6 months to 1 year, Its really hard to make a decision on steroids , been reading all I can, and sounds complicated, thanks.

it gets complicated when you start to run a multi-compound cycle, test only is generally recommended for a first cycle.
but like i mentioned abouve if 5-10lbs is your goal there is no need for steroids .

I order this gear, believing was a good choice, but knowing know that's a bad combination (8 weel d-bol, and 250 test), I will follow your's advise on diet and training, thanks for let me know.

No problem stick around and read and if the desire is still there to cycle in the not so distant future you'll have gained plenty of knowledge to do it correctly.

jumper you were trying to make minimal gains as to not effect your wingload too drastically or youre just looking to bulk regardless?? additional strength???

I having a problem to get some muscle gains, I been working with a personal trainer (professional BB, he finish 10 on 2009 competition) for a long time (I look good, but wanna some more), following a good diet that he gave to me, all supplements I can buy it, spending a lot of money in gym. Just looking back on the chart from the begging of this year, I got some muscle, but its very slow, and believe me to get 5 or 10 lbs will take me another year at gym, with $88.00/hour (personal trainer) will cost me a fortune, so thats way I was thinking on gear, I'm not sure anymore.....

88$/hr trainer??? bunch of supps?? bro forget all that madness quit throwing away your money....keep a solid clean diet and consistent training wont happen over night, just gotta keep chipping away.
