First time cycle advice
Hey im new to this whole gym gear forum thing, but anyway ive been working out for 2 years now, for the last year ive imporved my work out, technique, diet and everything else, but i really need that extra size that im only geting really slow, so anyway where i live theres really not much to choose from its not easy so ive been able to track down, either deca /sus cycle or a Tren E or Test Ethanate i dont really understand how the stacking works, how do u know what you can stack and wats better to go for, i no all about PCT etc.
im looking for size but also need to loose some extra BF
PS. i did post this on another forum as well i really need as much advice as possible

187 lbs
180 cm height
12 percent body fat
around 163lbs of muscle
age 24

2 Years is not enough, under my opinion.
I would suggest you to keep training properly (diversifying the work-out regime to improve either the quality of your muscle fiber and your strength) and then take into account a possible AAS experience.
How long you need to wait? Nobody can tell but you...
Do not rush and keep learning as much as you can before injecting anything into your body.

BJJ is on the money Bro. If you want, you can post your diet and workout split here, we could have some tips for you.
At your height and weight you could carry another 20-30 pound natty with a little work. You know that the bigger base you get now = the more you carry later.
