Just getting into the game.
I am just getting into the steroid game and am curious what you guys would recommend as best for burning body fat. I am not trying to get ungodly big, Only trying to enhance my size a little and cut up. I have never done steroids before and I am HIV positive so I am unsure as the health risks involved. Any help at all would be valued and appreciated. Also curious as to how many weeks I should dose and a basic run down would be cool. thanks

Try and get them from you doctor... Say your loosing weight, they will probably start you out on anavar right off the bat, and after that suppresses you, they'll give you test. Low rbc,and platelet coutnts can get you gear, too. You need to just advocate hard for yourself with your doctor. HIV is goldmine steroid prescriptions.

I didn't know that it was a goldmine. I was newly diagnosed about 3 months ago. I am definitely going to speak with her Monday.

I don't know a lot about HIV although I do have HCV (HepC) but I do know a little bit about it and I would ask that you look into the state of progression (if any) of the HIV on your body.
I don't know about your knowledge level with steroids but taking steroids on and off (cycles) as used by most bodybuilders is very beneficial for piling on muscle quickly then while off steroids by proper PCT and nutritional intake a quick recovery can be achieved and most of the gains can be maintained till the next period of usage (cycle) where you pile on more muscle. However the period after the cycle is one of diminished health and stress as the body, as it tries to reestablish a baseline hormonal balance, this could be very damaging to the health of an immunosuppressed individual. That does not mean that steroids are out but it does mean that if your HIV has progressed to the state where you are immunosuppressed that a constant low dose of steroids as used in testosterone replacement therapy or youth clinics would probably be a better choice. And yes steroids are used in treating various medical conditions, you can read studies where they have used steroids in HIV people with suppressed immune function and wieght loss to increase lean body mass, energy and appetite so don't get me wrong here I am not saying that they are not for you I am just saying that you should do a lot of research and be totally familiar with your particular needs before jumping in the steroid pool ;-)
Like I say I am no expert but I would look into this before taking any steroid on your own.
Best wishes, hopefully since you are newly diagnosed this will not be a concern for you but do some checking to make sure.

Im not sure on the reasoning for AAS specifically but Instead of using AAS for fat loss, you may consider a change in nutrition (Important regardless). Good luck hunting.
