I don't think I've ever hit a vein, and I always aspirate. But sometimes I do get a slight feeling in my lungs, no coughing though. It passes in about 1 minute.

Does this mean it is getting into my vein?

Also, do you have to inject again if you hit a vein since it doesn't get into the muscle properly?

If you injected into a vein, you would definitely know it.

So, no, I don't think you need to re-pin.

Sometimes, just passing through will cause discomfort. If the needle passes completely through, you are ok, but may feel slight pressure in the lungs. If you you aspirate blood, you need to pull out, clear the blood from the syringe, and be thorough, and shoot a new place.

you dont have to clear blood, its your own blood

Depends on the volume of your injection but in most cases (a cc) it's not severely detrimental to your health.

I wasn't implying to take the chance just giving him a direct answer. One should never inject without aspiration.

If you inject into a vein two things will happen.
Your gear will be wasted.
You will experience a coughing fit of epic proportions.
Lungs and oil don't mix.
Always aspirate !
