I was someone could gimme some advise on this, I ve been injection 1cc Test E and .75 cc of Decca into my quads Bi-weekly, a guy i lift with said i should start rotating to my delts because he said my legs will get large faster than the rest of my muscle groups, just curious if there is any truth to this and if i can infact put 1.75 cc of gear into a delt at one time?
