However I have /fit/ over on 4chan telling me it's stupid info. I've read the main articles on this site to educate myself on side effects, cycling and such. However, what really IS ideal for a first time cycle? Stats:
22 yo. 5'11" 160lbs, Been on a bulk/cut yo yo for the past two years and have made little progress because I haven't been able to stick to either. When I'm on a bulk I think I'm too fat and should cut, when I'm cutting I think I look too shrimpy once I start losing weight. HOWEVER, the past two weeks I've been strong on a bulk and I've noticed significant gains, I'm staying with it for another two months before I cut. However, I'm an aesthetics fag and I have a physic in mind that seems unobtainable given my genetics and the fast I used to be fat. I have a big barrel ribcage and small shoulders (imo).
I seriously want to get into massing up with anabolics. Help a brother out please? I have read a lot and will continue to read more on safety and everything included. I would just appreciate to hear from the horses mouth what I should be doing for a beginner mass cycle. Oh I live in the US BTW, HAWAII to be exact.
If it means anything my current routine to achieve the body I want is a split day one:

v sits
Evening:
military press 2x8
incline press 2x8
flat bench 2x8
front delt raises 3x8
side delt raises 3x8

pullovers 3x8
tricep extentions 3x8
shrugs
