having used both for my first cycle i would go with test purely because of the strain the var put on my liver , something i wont be doing again, but test ? hell I cant wait for next cyclke

How much anavar were you running? did a blood test show elevated liver values?

i started at 60 mg ED for two weeks then 80mg ED for 5 weeks, did not do a mid cycle blood test but had pains in my liver, that was enough for me.
I even cut the var cycle short because of it and still have 100 tabs left.

the pains could have been anything really, that being said unless your only looking for 5lbs of muscle or so go with test.

Anything you utilize safely will be safe, as for best...Test is far superior and the results aren't even comparable.

Var limits your potential, whereas only you limit Test's potential.

In your case.... neither.... you're too young..... 19 years old is no age to be messing around with AAS
