Looking for a cycle review.
Greetings! I've done quite a lot of research, studying various sources and forums. Slowly learning how to filter real things from the ocean of brotelligence.
I am planning first injectable bulking cycle and during my research some questions occurred.
First of all, my stats are
Age: 24
Body fat: 12%
Height: 178 cm (5’10”)
Weight: 76 kg (168 lb)
Sports: 3 years of weight lifting mixed with boxing and some serious football (soccer) previously, before my knees worn out -_-. Due to this, legs are my most developed part.
Gear: 7 weeks of Turinabol only.
Goals: 1) I am kind of hard gainer and cannot get into higher weight category clean, without dropping boxing training sessions (they are crazy energy consuming); 2) also I would like to see how basic compounds such as test works on me to get some experience before doing any advanced multi component cycles; 3) discover if I am prone to estrogen-related side effects; 4) get used to intramuscular injections, trying various sites.
What I have in my mind:
Week 1-12 Test Enth (Sustanon ?) 600mg EW (2 times a week, even doses)
Week 1-12 Arimidex 0.5mg \ ED
Also I have loads of Masterolon laying around and trying to figure out how to include it as anti-estrogen and SHBG binder. Maybe swap it with Arimidex.
PCT:
1-4 Nolvadex 40\20\20\20 mg \ ED
1-4 Exemestane 25 mg ED
(1-4 Clenbuterol or some other anticatabolic agent?)
(1-3 Letrozole 2.5 mg E3D?)
(HCG ? I guess I won’t need after such cycle…)
Diet would be around ~3500 calories (30% fat, 45% prot, 25% carbs). Carbs are going to come mostly from fiber sources to ensure bowel movements and sugarless gainers PreWO\PWO.
Supplements: Whey, casein, creatine, BCAA, CLA, ALA, multi, fish oil.
Training:
First half of the cycle: 5x5 strong lifts (mixing bench angles and squat\leg press every week), plus usual back routine since deadlift doesn’t work as well on me as rows\pullups and overtrain my legs.
Second half of the cycle: Common bodypart split, 8-12 repetitions, 5-1-5 manner.
Couple of short HIIT cardio sessions per week, if my legs are not sore.
Now questions:
- Masterolon looks awesome on paper. Will 50 mg ED be enough as only anti-estrogen during cycle or still I shall include some arimidex? Some also use masterolon for PCT protocol, but that’s quite puzzling for me since it testosterone suppressive.
- Use Sustanon or Enth? Sustanon seems to kick in faster, but if not highly discussed injection protocol… Does it really matter for 12 week long cycle? I guess my gains will stop earlier than that.
- I am in a low carb camp. Shall I drop such lifestyle during cycle or it’s okay to not go all out and limit carbs intake to breakfast\pre\postworkout? After all I am going for lean mass instead any mass.
- I don’t often bump into someone mentioning exemestane, though it potent aromatase inhibitor and testosterone booster in the same time. What else one need during PCT?!

I take it as everything as good that nobody have anything to add? Or probably otherwise...
Sadly, well put post getting less attention than: "hey bros I am sixteen gonna run 100 mg dianabol 3 times per day. looks mkay? btw what is pct".

You're of average height an under 170lbs. You can do batter without gear. "Hard gainer" is a bullshit excuse for "I can't force myself to eat enough".

Hm, I am at ~3k calories daily with cheat Saturday, when I don't even log intake.
But maybe you are right about excuses. I was always holding myself near the table as, thanks to genes I think (my parents are enormous), I accumulate fat very easy while consuming low to none garbage food. Takes me whole lot of trouble staying at 12%.

Simple solution: try eating 4,000 kcals.
