i think you need to be 18 to be a member here. and along with that your seting yourself up for gyno along with pee pee problems if you dont run a pct. all you need is food, weights, and sleep

Diet and good training are your answers for now take it from some of the guys that have been there done that and have the regrets to prove it... so read and research...
