alright well. im starting my first cycle on jan 3rd going to run test E for 10 weeks.250mlg 2x a week. i already got mt PCT set up and rdy to roll 2 weeks after my last pin .
my stats at 26 years old ,160 lbs and 5'6 tall haven't gotten my body fat % checked yet but im mostly trim except a small pouch of fat over my abs but there still noticeable .i have my diet in check and going to cut down on my cardio so i can bulk a bit wile on my cycle .
now my question . currently the only supplements im taking is my daily multiy V (animal pack). and my pre workout (whey+ 5gs of creatine) intra- (modern BCAA)
post (whey+5gs of creatine ) and before bed 1 scoop of casein protein and water and milk shake .
now i need advice because im having trouble getting a strait reply . should i stop the use of the creiatine wile on my cycle ?im looking to put on more lean mass
