I am about week six of a 12 week cycle and it seems like I am experiencing a bit of a plateau. Last week my pumps and workouts were awesome. I felt awesome and like I was adding size everyday. This week seems like my gains are starting to decrease. Is this common, has anyone experienced a plateau while on a cycle and what do you do about it, just train harder and push through it, change your workouts up? Any suggestions.
I am 500mg – test a week for 12 weeks and 100mg/day of anavar for 10 weeks.
At week 4 I started to experience sore nipples and they were always hard. I could even feel like a little bump under my left nip. I thought it was the onset of gyno so I up my Nolva from 10mg/day to 40mg/day for 2 days and it went away and now I am back down to 10/mg day. No more soreness, puffyness or hard nips.
