    clen and t3 ques?

    im wondering what dosage for clen and t3 is good and what type of diet should be taken while on.. i broke my hand in a cage fight this past year and gain about 30 pounds from missing out on gym and now need to cut these pounds off .. is this a god mix for cutting jus new to all this and looking to learn thanks

    If you've gained 30lbs, I wouldn't suggest clen and T3 at this point.

    I'd start chopping away at the fat via diet and cardio..trust me, you'll be surprised how quickly it comes off.

    Then utilize drugs when you really get stuck.

    What's your age, height, weight, body fat?

    What's your current diet and training like?

    around 20%

    diet is normally 6 egg whites breakfast
    lunch chicken breast with cup of wheat pasta
    snack protien shake and banana
    dinner chicken breast with brown rice wheat pasta or broccolli
    late snack protien shake or chicken breast

    45 min brisk walk before breakfast in morning
    about hour or hour n half in gym in after noon - 10 min warm up on treadmill or bike
    30 mins run on elipitical three days a week

    its a lil more detailed than this but this sums it up

    Diet isn't as bad as I thought it would be, but could definitely use some work.

    start by posting your diet in the diet forum and good luck.
