Some people have told me that having a zipcode in the 0-3 range aka living in the east coast means your packs are much less likely to get seized is this true? some have said it isn't some say it is. If it is true awesome for me.

I live on te east coast and have never had a problem getting my gear in the mail. First I have ever heard of this.
