    trainer recommended cycle!

    25 197lb 14% 5'9 this is my 3rd cycle, trt for 8 months. that being said,
    i asked my personal trainer if i should cycle to bulk at this high of fat % he said yes! a week later he tells me i should cut but wants me to still run the cycle. some how it comes up that i have tren and winstrol on hand he tells me to run all of them! i really dont want to waste the gear as im taking in 2100-2200cals! and its only my 3rd cycle!

    cycle would be:
    test e 12 weeks at 600mg a week
    tren a 8 weeks at 75mg eod
    winstrol last 6 weeks at 50mg day


    what you guys think?

    Keep in mind that you can't do much cardio with the tren.

    Keep the winstrol and the test, but keep the cardio high- That would be a better cycle.

    have you ever tried doing cardio on Winstrol? It doesn't interfere with breathing, but it can cause some awful calf pumps after just a minute of jogging.

    If you have a higher percentage of bf, cosider lowering it. surely your trained can offer you advice on dropping bf and not just cycle advice

    run all of it as you posted...

    I did a similar cycle last summer and it was great...
    cardio is was not a problem... its all about what you are willing to go through to get the results you want.

    I would run some anastrozole and clen with the cycle. As a matter of fact, I did...lol

    hes a great nutritionist and is helping me greatly. i just thought for cutting i really dont need all that gear

    i was waiting for your reply, do you think i should run the tren or should i save it till im a bit leaner and use it in a bulk?

    Lower the test to 500mg. No need in 600mg since you are trying to lean out. The test is there just to maintain muscle mass. So you dont need a high mg. 500mg is perfect.

    It's up to you, man. I have yet to touch 19-nors. The potential tren sides just don't seem worth it unless you're competing (and I like to sleep for more than 3 hours at a time).
    If you've done your research and the Tren is calling to you like Odysseus' sirens, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd just skip it and focus more on diet and cardio, with the test as an anti-catabolic.

    thanks for the reply, i will run the test e and maybe the last 6 weeks winstrol. im just not into pinning ed or eod with the tren on top of its sides !

    i think you will be fine with the cycle as proposed.. if you keep your diet clean will will get your BF down.. but it is already pretty low at 14% so it all depends on what "look" you are going for..

    i know i would drop fat% the diet is %100 as i have a great nutritionist. i was just not sure if i should use the compounds while cutting rather then saving them for a bulk. i think im just gonna run the test e and maybe the winstrol at the end.

    you think %14 is good? im not trying to get crazy lean but maybe be at %9-%10. well see i guess.

    Cardio is fine with tren. Have u ever taken it? Also, I'd leave out the winstrol unless you are undefr 10% (roughly) bf or else you really won't see much except a jacked up lipid panel.
