    Absolute Beginner Question (with pic)

    Hey!

    First of all pls excuse my bad english
    I am new in here so this is it;

    I have 5 years of training experiences (I am 26 right now almost 27) i am now 5'6 and about 177 lbs (empty stomac) . I was 145 when i started but alway been running up to 3 times a weeks for 3 miles + training about 6 times a weeks.

    Since 1 year i started to let say ... puting money in supplements ;
    no shoutgun , no synthetize and whey, and i know i waited late for the proteinne.

    I bench about 10 reps of 205 lbs and squats 12 reps of 205 lbs , reason for that ? i was not training my legs enough the first years and only wanted to have a chest! i know this is not strong.
    this is me;

    What do i expect from steroids ?
    I want to give my legs a intence training and actualy be able to squat more heavy than what i can bench.
    If after the cycle i could be benching 225 for 8 of 10 reps instead of my 205 i would be prety happy.
    I would like to get a bit bigger but stay fit.

    i now think about having a cycle maybe next year.
    My questions and worries;
    -If i do just 1 cycle , will i alway need to do steroid or will i lose all what i gain
    after times of not using roids ?
    -If i do 1 cycle , the right way , can i expect to be a little bit stronger after the cycle or will il go down back benching and squating 205 lbs and just gain mass ?
    -Do you think i am ready for this considering i am very looking to pass that cap im on for more than a half of a year now witout being able to to train with more heavy pound and what
    kind of cycle should i do ?

    -Thx

    Welcome, let me try to answer your questions you posted and then we will talk about being ready to cycle
    First if you do 1cycle over time you will lose your gains, this explains why most just never do 1 cycle.
    Second if you do a cycle the right way including proper nutrition, training and rest you will more than likely see substantial gains in both strength and physic. Keeping what you gain will depend on a couple of factors like ancillary drugs in pct, diet, and training.
    That being said you question I'm I ready to cycle, well we need to take a look at your diet to see if your stuck in gains due to nutrition or you've reached your full genetic potential.
    Post your diet and let's see where your at with your knowladge of nutrition
    Also post your planned cycle and your planned pct.

    meal 1 ; Unfortunaly i have to work on eating before gym but im alway geting up too late.(but i want to insert a milkshake here)!
    meal 2 ; about 40 min later , i drink my pre workout and i go strait to the gym
    meal 3 ; when i come back i have my breakfast ; the milkshake (1 and a half cup of protein powder mixed with 1 egg) with a bagel + chesse cream and a banana
    meal 4 ; about 2 hours later i take 1 cup of no-synthesize (post-workout) + a chicken sandwitch and (almonds and chocolate 7g protein) (before starting at work)
    meal 5 ; about 3 hours later I have a (bigger meal of the day) lunch that i eat slowly until im satisfied with again (almonds and chocolate) (first break)
    meal 6 ; about 3 hours later i have a small dinner usualy a tuna salad (last break)
    meal 7a; peanut butter sandwitch (when i come back homme)
    meal 7b; protein shake in water (only started this since 2 weeks).

    and i need to work at keeping this for the weekend because since i dont work i usualy have 3 normal meal + 2 milkshake a day.
    for the moment the weekness of my nutrition is that i dont eat before training but it will change soon (doesnt eat to get full effect from pre-workout)

    Welcome! MBMETC is correct, if you only do one cycle, you will lose those gains over time. It is, indeed, why most people won't only do one and then call it quits. I've tried to explain it, like this, to my stubborn friends, who think after one cycle they are gonna be huge forever.....try to think of it as a set of steps. You do a cycle and you get bigger. This will happen. Then when you come off, expect to shrink, and lose some of it. You'll still be bigger than you were when you started, but not as big as you were at your biggest. Then you come off, and hopefully you come off correctly, and you let your body resettle. Who knows, if your diet is on point, you may put on decent size without the juice, during your "off" phase. Then you do another cycle, and you get even bigger than you before. Then you come off, and you shrink again, so you aren't as big as you were at your biggest, but you are still bigger than you were when you first started, and that cycle repeats itself. Take two step forwards, and then one step back to see results. Does this make sense?

    Before you consider doing any kind of gear, it sounds like you need to do some more research though. Especially revolving around your PCT, which is doesn't look like you addressed in your original post. The way you come off cycle, and what you take in your PCT, will greatly affect how much of your gains you keep, will keep you from crashing, etc......

    Also, it looks like your diet is lacking. What kind of juice you take all depends on what kind of results you want. To get big, you have to feed yourself. The steroids alone won't do it. I recommend doing a lot of research and then post your planned cycle, and your planned PCT and get feedback then. After you get your diet in check, of course

    I've always thought proper nutrition is more important than a pre workout hindering your ability to eat pre-wo. That being said, switch to some carbs and a bit of protein before your workout. If you need that extra kick of energy, drop a caffeine pill.

    Head over to the diet section with that. I'm no expert on the matter, but I see a problem about every meal.
    real quickly;
    Whey + fast carbs asap upon waking.
    slower digesting protein (casien) right before bed.

    if you do only 1 cycle and have a perfect diet when on and minimize the water gain you can definatly keep some of the strength and weight gains you have made as long as you continue to lift hard and eat right. as for what kind of cycle, thats up to you but 500mgs of test a week works great for most 1st timers
