    Newbie Cycle Help

    Hey guys, I've been doin research on gear and the safety of use for months now and would like some feedback from some members. This is my first post and would be my first cycle so please bare with me.

    Background...
    Age: 24
    Weight: 190
    Height: 6'0"
    Lift experience: 6 consecutive yrs
    Diet: good (been trying to bulk)
    Goals: gain about 12 - 15 lbs. from this cycle (and strength increse of course).


    Based on the above info, how does this sound for a Beginner's Cycle?
    WEEK 1-12...............Test. Enanthate...............400 mg/week
    WEEK 1-4.................Dianabol........................ .20mg/day


    Questions:
    1)I am going to have Nolvadex and Clomid on hand, and based on this helpful post below by Pheedno, just want to reassure when I would start my PCT?

    "Dianabol: 24 hours after last administration
    Testosterone Enanthate: 14 days after last injection"


    2)How much estimated weight do you think I would gain? Do you think I should shorten the cycle?

    You should start PCT two weeks after your last injection. The cycle length is fine, I like the conservative dbol dose. You really don't need 50 mg dbol per day like everyone seems to be doing now-a-days.

    From your stats and the fact that you say "trying to bulk" it seems like you need to work on your diet. So you definitely wanna try to work on that, if you don't know how to diet then anything you gain on cycle will probably be lost in pct and months after your cycle.

    You should be able to gain about 5-10 pounds of water, anything else would have to depend on your diet and lifts. There is no way to estimate it.

    Right, thanks for the help!

    I know proper diet can really "make or break" a cycle (or any weight-lifting gains for that matter). My diet has always been high in protein/carbs and healthy calories, problem is I play a lot of basketball along with my lifting regimen so I tend to burn a lot of it off. Need to work out the proper balance to get a steady weight gain.

    Any other input?

    Like the dosage of Nolva and Clomid when I run my PCT?

    nolva 40/40/20/20

    I believe thats what I ran last time without getting out my calender.

    For your cycle I'd recommend weeks 15 - 18
    Nolva:
    40/40/20/20
    Clomid:
    100/100/50/50

    Would you reccomend any other supplements to take for health/safety purposes? (Milk thistle, fish oil, etc.)
    The last thing I want is to have my liver or natural test. production f*cked up after this cycle.

    I did the same cycle last go around but did 30mgs a day of dbol. Yes you should take some milk thistle a couple weeks before and through out taking the dbol. Cycle looks good in my opinion.

    Alroighty then I appreciate the help and support! I'll post my experience/results I have with this cycle when I get everything in line.

    Still open for suggestions though

    I would bump the Test E levels to 500mg a week, if you take in a lot of calories you are looking at a solid 10-20lb gain... As far as PCT I hate clomid, it makes my vision blury, so beware....
