    eq, var cycle... what do you guys think?

    want to run Var an EQ, for a lean bulk. diets good,trainnig mma and bodybuilding style lifting.

    5'10
    190lbs
    3rd cycle

    not sure on doses, what you guys think, also does either dry out your joints bad? thx guys

    okay, did a lil research, 400-600mg of eq, and 30-50 mgs of var.. what kind of pct should be followed? thx

    Length of cycle? You should run some test with that cycle

    yea strength would be nice, i dont wanna do test cuz of the bloat.. but maybe. im thinking 8weeks

    The bloat is diet cause and effect. Run like 200mg/wk of test. It will keep hormone levels in check. Shouldn't bloat if diet is good.

    Great strength and lean bulker for me us test/tren but Cardio sucked. Good strength test/tbol with excellent cardio and endurance

    An AI plus a short ester will prevent most bloat, also your diet plays a huge role. Ace, TNE, Prop, Phenylprop all good choices.

    EQ for 8 weeks is pretty pointless, it has a very long ester. Unless of course we are talking about bold prop, which can be run successfully for 8 weeks as long as you can handle the hell it brings...

    Honestly the cycle sucks. A better cycle would include test, even if it is HRT dosage (100-250 MG per week) and longer. Also your anavar dose is very low. You won't see much from this cycle and it really isn't worth running it.

    replace the var with a Test base, var and eq are both made to keep you lean and harden you so why you need both? Also if you are on third cycle you should definitely know you need a test base by now. Do some research.

    Higher on the var and add some test. I personally won't use eq without test, or anything to be honest, and eq needs to be run longer to see benifits. Tbol is very good even at 40mg a day for me, and will give the results you are looking for. I don't get bloated from test so gonna guess it depends on diet and varies from person to person. but I can't knock var just would raise the dose

    Dude! Firstly ur doing it all wrong! Eq should be run atleast 12-14 weeks! Eq stars showing results only after 6 weeks. If u run Eq with Var for 12 weeks your gonna shut down big time and that would affect directly on ur libido as well as ur gains. I would suggest u add Test, or if ur so against it u can think of Var only cycle for 6 weeks!

    test e, 500 mgs for 12 weeks, nom pct, clo nolva
    2nd- dbo50mgl-1-4 test e500 1-12- winni60mg-8-12 same pct+hcg.

    i appreciate the replies, thx a bunch ill research more tommorow morning. i admit i did rush this one a lil. and ill repost when i do more h.m

    yess want to avoid the shutdown! thats y im turning away from test. how will a var only cycle effect my libido?

    What are the results you want from your next cycle? Your first two cycles look good. Honestly when you are just starting out I would recommend not doing any cycle without test. It really is the staple in most cycles. Plus the sides can be counteracted well with a good AI and diet.

    You WANT to use test to keep from being shutdown not stop it(test).

    The good thing here is you are asking questions before running the cycle. That's what this forum is for, advice and discussion. Keep looking into it and you will come up with the best option. For me, test is included in every cycle but to each his own. Good luck

    thank you all for your replies, yess i will add test, maybe run test c-or p, ive only ran eneth so far. should i keep the var and eq? or drop one? my goals are to lean bulk.no fat, hopefullly losing some!

    Run test for 10-12 weeks, add var last 6-8 weeks @ 60-80mgs/day. Keep your diet clean and do your cardio.
