Problems with injection
Guys,
I am not a new commer at all, but it seems that I can't inject myself without leaving bruses on my legs. What am I doing wrong? I am using 21 gauge needles from mexico. I am injecting into the side of my upper leg and butt, into fat tissue. I am usally putting the needle in at an angle rather than straight in. I use to inject right into muscle tissue, it hurt but it did not leave bruses.
Any advice out there??

Have you checked out this site, www.spotinjections.com they have very good info. Also maybe try going to a smaller gauge needle.

i inject daily with 22g...bruising is usually caused by moving the needle while it is inserted...make sure you try to be as steady as possible as the lower gauges really hurt if you contract the muscle or move the pin. the higher gauge the easier it is to insert with minimal pain, however drawing and actually shooting take longer. my legs have not bruised yet but my delts have started to these last two weeks. hence my problem earlier today

First thing I noticed - you're injecting into fat?? You SHOULD be injecting directly into the muscle... this may be part of your bruise problem.

21g = Ouch for me, especially in the quad. I stick my quads with 25g, and ass with 23g.
