Exclamation Sick for the Last Few Days: To Lift or Not To Lift?

Started off with a sore throat and aches a few days ago and still went to the gym. Didn't lift on Christmas or yesterday. Now it's a bacterial sinus infection, my stomach is sore, still some aches, but otherwise I feel fine.

I'm mid cycle, should I lift anyway?

You need to rest. If you feel you must lift something, just do some light warm ups, then continue resting.

It all depends on how you feel bro. If you feel up to it go for it but take it easy on yourself dont push to hard.

    week 7 myself

been doing flute all over the xmax only eating

now that i've taken a week off I was like rite! time to go back to the gym tomorrow

woke up this morning dieing of the flu ,sore throat, runny nose etc

then I find out I have no vit c or zinc hand which made me rage

so instead I spent most of my day researching the effects of androgens on the immune system
