For those of you who bothered to read all of that I would like to point out that I never have been obese or of african descent, just unlucky
I have found that when my weight hits 185 lbs my hip joints become noticeably more stressed, therefore my general goal is to maintain my current weight of 175 while increasing muscle and decreasing fat.
Current Stats:
BF: 12-14% (the machine that tests this at the gym is sketchy)
Height: 5'11''
Weight: 175
I do 15-30 minutes of cardio and 1-1.5 hours of weights at least 5 days/week
Planned Cycles:
Jan-Feb
8 weeks 80 mg ed Var
May-June
6 weeks 50 mg ed tbol
PCT 50 mg clomid for 2 weeks
Goals:
gain strength and muscle mass, decrease BF to 8-10% (or less), maintain cardio, maintain current weight
Questions:
I have 1250 mcg T3 how would you recommend it be incorporated?
What other AAS/cycles should I look into for the future?
