    Question Unique Goals

    When I was younger I suffered a degenerative hip ailment called a slipped capital femoral epiphysis...

    For those of you who bothered to read all of that I would like to point out that I never have been obese or of african descent, just unlucky

    I have found that when my weight hits 185 lbs my hip joints become noticeably more stressed, therefore my general goal is to maintain my current weight of 175 while increasing muscle and decreasing fat.

    Current Stats:
    BF: 12-14% (the machine that tests this at the gym is sketchy)
    Height: 5'11''
    Weight: 175
    I do 15-30 minutes of cardio and 1-1.5 hours of weights at least 5 days/week

    Planned Cycles:

    Jan-Feb
    8 weeks 80 mg ed Var

    May-June
    6 weeks 50 mg ed tbol

    PCT 50 mg clomid for 2 weeks

    Goals:
    gain strength and muscle mass, decrease BF to 8-10% (or less), maintain cardio, maintain current weight

    Questions:

    I have 1250 mcg T3 how would you recommend it be incorporated?

    What other AAS/cycles should I look into for the future?

    I'm new here, people generally seem to be very friendly and helpful, thanks for the input in advance

    IMOP, you should get your diet straight looking at your stats vs your goals. You can achieve your goal just by diet and increasing your cardio. Do this for a few months and see what happens.

    thanks man in the past i have ramped up my cardio considerably, i do 5 mile races and sprint triathlons in the summer. i have gotten positive results in my abilities but physique seems to stay the same. my diet definitely could be better but i really don't think it is THAT bad. it will definitely improve once i start the var because I won't be drinking at all. thanks for the feedback though I will start to lay off the christmas cookies haha.
