Ok, so first off, new to the Forum, and I saw alot of usefull stuff. But that being said, I am hoping ro get some specific answers.
I would really like to know what kind of individual or stack I should use for cutting. I got out of the Army a year ago, and never was a gym freak, but used to run ALOT and work out moderately. I was overly ripped but was really tone. (Background, 6'0". Weighed 180 when I got out of the service, got up to 225-230 depending on the week in a little over a year)
I started running about a month and a half ago, 3 days a week and hitting the gym twice a week. Im staqrting P90X (Dont laugh) in hopes of extra help, and starting a diet soon.
All that being said Im looking for something that'll help speed up the process. I was told by one of my friends who used to compete (Quit like 3 years ago) to get Primobolan acetate, because my only requirment was orals.. I'm still partial to orals so I'd prefer that route, but I need this soon so I'm pretty open to anything.
I'd appreciate any suggestions . And possibly an eating plan? Might as well wish right? lol
