    1st Cycle Test E

    In 3 weeks I would be running my 1st cycle. Cycle would consist of Test E. 500mg/wk, 2 weeks prior I would be running Letro, dosage of .25mg/day, and through out my cycle. HCG was on my list, but it is not available to me... 1 st Pin would be done to the Glutes on a Friday to avoid Test Flu during the week as possible. All shots will be done by my nurse GF. ( Yes I'm retarded nervous with needles and have to look away). Below is my stats, Cycle, PCT,etc.

    Feel Free to criticize, mock, and such.

    Age: 26
    BFT: 11.2-12%
    Weight: 200 LBS
    Height: 5'10.5
    Lifting Exp: 5 Yrs

    **Goal: Lean Bulk, trying not to exceed 14% BFT, if it does then meh! I'll shed it off post cycle.

    Cycle: *Test E. 500mg/wk (1st Pin on a Friday, 2nd 2.5 Days after)
    * Letro. .25mg ED 2 weeks prior 1st pin and through out cycle.

    Syringe: Glutes: 25G or 23 G 1.5in
    Delts/Quads: 25G 1in

    PCT: Nolva: 40/40/20/20
    Clomid: 100/100/50/50

    **14 days after last injection**

    CAL: 2330
    Protein: 270g
    Carbs: 200g
    Fat: 50g

    ***Will be increasing protein,carb,fat intake: 30/50/5 (365 cal)/wk until Calorie is ~3398

    first thing is your missing 1000 cals, secondly you dont need letro you can use aromisin or arimidex for your ai.
    as far as your goal of lean bulk that will be diet dependant if you feel like your gaining too much fat up the cardio and make appropriate diet adjustments.
    pct looks ok,the clomid dose is questionable. some argue:
    100/100/50/50 but others say like yourself 50/50/25/25, first cycle i would err on the side of caution and run the more aggresive of the two followed by bloodwork to confirm full recovery. are you gonna have bloodwork prior to the cycle to establish baseline numbers?
    other than that cycle is fine

    I dont think you need 500mg for your very first cycle. Id do 375mg/wk. .75cc on monday and .75cc on thursday. It will be plenty. My very first test cycle I actually ran less than that.

    I've read both 100/100/50/50 and 50/50/25/25 of Clomid, I will take your advice and do the more aggressive approach. Blood work will be done after cycle. I just assumed prior wasn't that important.


    1000 Calories?!! haha whoa! I don't do cardio at all, I never have I just do jump squats and plyometrix to replace cardio. But if the 1000 calorie is going to make that much of a difference I am considering doing cardio.

    you posted 3398 cal in your op but when you look at the macros your 1000 cals short, im not saying to add 1000 cal
    1 gram of pro=4 cals
    1 gram of carb=4 cals
    1 gram of fat =9 cal
    based on that your at 2330 cals
    blood work before will establish baseline numbers and will be matched with your after cycle blood work to see where you are at in terms of recovery

    What you mean? You asked for what people thought of your first cycle. Im just letting you know that 500mg is too high for a first cycle. Thats all. You can do at least 2 cycles at the dose I recomended, then you can still move up to 500mg. Otherwise youre gonna be stuck running high doses bc you have no where to move up to ya know. Thats extreme, but you should see my point. 375mg/wk is PLENTY for a first cycle man. Trust me.

    Haha didn't mean it in a bad way. I appreciate your recommended doses, and didn't think of 500mg a high dose. I'll do 375mg/wk, 187.5mg/pin. Thanks vette
