    test e, winstrol, letro

    Cycle:
    Test E 500mg 1-15
    Winstrol Orals 4-12
    Clenbuterol On 2/Off 2 starting week 4
    Letrozole 1-15
    Letro tapered down from last shot (15) for ten days
    PCT: HCG 3000 IU's weeks 1-2
    Nolva 60/40/40/20
    Clomid 150/10/100/50

    Gyno Prone: Pubecant Gyno, aggrevated by Phera Plex and Superdrol 3 years ago. minor lumps (size of almond) left and right nipple.

    Question: I know that winstrol being a DHT will subsidize some of the estrogenic side affects of the testosterone, but will the winstrol be enough to stop aggrevation? or is the letro good throughout cycle? i know the side affects on lipid profiles, estrogen rebound, sex drive from letro (and other compounds being used on cycle). I understand letro has an estrogen rebound, but i will use Nolva and Clomid as SERMS to prevent estrogen bonds in mammory/breast tissue.

    Expected Gains: 10-12 Lbs Lean
    From: 5' 9" 182 Lbs @ 11.7%BF-----> 192-194 @ 10% or lower

    Diet: 2800-3200 Kcals. Proteins 50%/ Carb 35%/ Fat 15%
    1 Resting Day per week.
    Supersets 2 weeks/ Isolations Heavy 2 Weeks. repeat

    Anyone have any suggestions? Cycle Look Good? PCT? gains? Diet? training? Gyno Worse??? anything will help. ive done research, but nothing better than experience, talked to some, but need knowledgable advice as welll. thanks

    2800kcals per week*.. i have read many books on training, im in school for health and fitness, i recently was in nursing school and a CNA, and personal trainer.

    eating and training is easy.. muscle hypertrophy is established using 2 reps under failure, maximum excertion on set due to current studies, all based on body response to training.. supersetting is typically used for cutting, but by altering kcals,sets, and repition, it puts your body into a natural anabolic state.. combined with anabolics, this has been affecitive with muscle mass/fat loss
    diet.. 2600-2800 would be body maintance, increasing by about 400kcals a day is 2800kcals a day. little more than a lb a day. as far as stats, age will be 23. too many posts responding to age, rather than actual questions.. HPTA can be altered at a younger age, more drastically. however, it can also be restored naturally, and by PCT more drastically than a user of 25 years or older. again, body responses. i appreciate the concerns, but as far as cycle...?

    Btw, your endo system could become damaged cycling at such an early age, you will find many members here who will spend the rest of their lives on trt due to cycling at an early age....
