deca durabolin + sustaplex 325 cycle and a few other noob questions.

Hello,

I introduced myself earlier in the intro section. I have a few questions. The first question is more of a concern. A few years ago, I did a Deca only cycle. I did it again the following year. I know now that you're never supposed to take deca alone because it can shut you down. My question is: How do you know if you're shut down permanently? I seem to feel okay so is it possible I just dodged a bullet? I made some very lean gains and never had any known side effects. I was very uneducated.

My other question is about a cycle I'm planning on running. I picked up Deca again because I loved the results I got and again, I didn't seem to have any side effects. I'm planning on running it with sustaplex 325. I'd like a recommended dosage from someone with experience just to get a second opinion.

Here are my stats:

Age: 27
5'8"
160-162lbs
14-15% bf

I've been lifting for about 6 years. I keep a clean diet. I'm in the process of bulking and up'd my calories to about 2800 (Before this I was 150-152lbs).

Also is there something other than Nolvadex I should take for my PCT.

Lastly, I know Deca stays active for about 3 weeks after your last shot, so how does this effect when I should take my Sustaplex? Should I start my Deca cylce a few weeks earlier?

You should start both at the same time, i would split the deca and sus into two injections, injecting twice a week, every 3.5 days to keep blood levels even.

325mgs of sus and 400mgs of deca would work fine, and im sure your pct would start 21 days after your last injection...

Nolva should be run with clomid for pct.....

Getting blood work would be your best option.

Run the sust two weeks longer than the deca.

imo run sust higher than deca to avoid ed problems ,500mgs sust and 400mgs deca ..

This is just a parroted myth, test can be run at a much lower dose....

imo its not a myth ,i have run test at 300mgs and deca at 500mgs per wek and i have had ed problems ,i cant see how you can talk for everyone and say its a myth becasue it is not ,ok for some running a low dose of test and higher dose of deca may work fine but for me and alot of others it is not ,i think its a parroted myth that running test lower is fine ..... i can prob dig up threads on here from years ago were mods and very experacned memeber uses say always run test higher than deca and ten a coulpe of years later they change there mind saying its fine to run deca higher ,it changes all the time ,i am not right neother are you its all down to personal pref ..

Your body produces about 70mgs of test every week, now once you add deca you will become shut down 100%.. That means no test, if you then inject 200mgs of test along with your deca you will then have 200mgs thats more than double the natural test surging through your body... Think logically about it, the deca isn't destroying the test....

Yes you may find very old threads on here about running the test higher, we did many things then that we wouldn't do now....

300/200mgs would work fine...

i know what your saying but the higher deca/test can lead to ed problems for aot of people ,i would say more than less ,this is from my personal expeance ,not only sex drive problems either ,tiedness,decrease off appitite,imo its not worth running deca higher than test as these sides can and have been seen and sufferd by many over the years.

Nolva @ 20mg per day for 30 days

Clomid @ 50mg per day for 21 days
